Within six months after year-end, annual Member pension statements, which reflect accrued benefits and other member information, are produced by the administrative agent, see sample to the right.
The monthly Pension Contribution Reports , along with the completed Pension Plan Erolment Cards, provide the administrative agent with the information they need in order to prepare these statements.
Any discrepancies in the information/data on these statements should be immediately brought to the administrative agents attention.
Pension Adjustments (PA's)
It is the responsibility of the participating employers to report the PA amount on each employee's T4 slip. The PA amount is reported in Box 52, and is the total of the employer contributions remitted on behalf of the employee for the year. The Plan's registration number is 0345587.
